Inverse Reinforcement Learning for epidemiology

There is a big challenge into designing a manual reward function to optimize sequential decision making during epidemics/pandemics.
Thus, I proposed to use Inverse Reinforcement Learning (IRL) to directly learn a reward function to mitigate epidemics/pandemics using COVID-19 data.
